Michael has an extensive background in the commercial and residential construction industry. He started investing in real estate around 1980 with rental properties then moved to sales acquisition, flipping properties, developing raw ground, building houses, buying HUD foreclosures, building rental portfolio to sell. He was a managing broker of a real estate company with a strong focus on web-based leads. Now he joins our top producing commercial real estate team that is diversified with over 35 years of experience.
